If you are not prompted to choose a location, the browser will automatically place the file in your Downloads folder. Once the download progress indicator in your web browser is finished, you will be able to open the file locally on your computer.
Upload Instructions Once logged in to File Manager, you can begin the upload process by selecting a destination folder from the left-hand column. Files uploaded to the I: drive will be visible to all Right Networks users on your account.
Note: When you select a folder on the left-hand side, the contents of that folder will display in the right-hand side of the window. The picture below shows the I: drive selected on the left, and the contents of the I: drive on the right. Note: If you are downloading a QuickBooks company file, you will see multiple files sharing the same name with different file extensions. The only file you need to download is the actual company file itself, which you will see described as a " QBW File " in the Type column, as pictured here:.

The following window will appear. If Excel is not included in your Right Networks package, all options other than Create a comma separated value. Once you click the Export button pictured above, you will be prompted to choose a location where you can save the resulting CSV file. This will be a location on your Right Networks computer; generally, it's simplest to save the file to your Desktop on Right Networks, where it should be easy to locate once saved.
Once the CSV file is saved to your Right Networks Desktop or other location of your choice , you can move the file to your local computer. In order to do this, please see these instructions for moving files from Right Networks to your local computer. Once the file is on your local computer, the CSV file should automatically open in Excel when you double-click on it.
