Unfortunately, emulators and virtual drive managers won't load multiple tracks automatically.

This assumption seems to hold true for every PlayStation game I have tried so far. It allow the users to open, edit, convert, and extract bin files. Choose 'Tools Convert. Choose the source bin file you want to convert. You can also select the cue file. The is basically all.
