Plex , What is a reasonable number of songs to expect to sync successfully? I tried syncing all at once, but the Plex app repeatedly choked and froze. When syncing the information on what and how things are synced is sent between the app and the server. There must be a memory issue somewhere preventing this full set of info being sent so the sync gets stuck.
Provide me your log so I can see whats going on. Saw another topic with a similar issue and they resolved it by unmounting the SD card, then trying to open the Plex app which failed as the app was on the SD card.
No issues since. Worth a try. Same issue. Also having this issue for over a year. It used to only be on remote connections but now it does it on my home network too. This issue has been around for at least 4 years. The Fire devices are awfully slow at mounting the sd card. Force stop the Plex app, remove and reinstall the sd card, using a file explorer, make sure you can access the sd card, open the Plex app and hit refresh in the sync menu.

Hi, I am seeing the same issue with Fire tablet All had converted but none would transfer. Logs attached. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I then started syncing TV Shows. So 1 show at a time but multiple files per show, this worked.
It must be noted that on the previous install TV shows synced no problem when I queued multiple shows. When syncing Movies on the previous install only 2 movies of a 10 movie queue synced before I hit the issue. This time I have done the Movie syncs 1 at a time. I have managed to sync many more movies without encountering the issue above. One thing I have noted is that the process pauses when the conversion has completed on the server.
I had to monitor the process to catch when the conversion had completed and gone into Pending. Once I clicked refresh the download restarted.
There were varying times between the conversion completing and clicking refresh, the shortest being a couple secs and the longest being 8hrs. I wonder whether this requirement for a manual refresh is what is causing the queued Movie syncs to fall into pending download? Same issue here.
